Our latest release from Wilton Benitez of Granja Paraiso 92 in Cauca, Colombia! This coffee was specially chosen by our team following a recent visit to Wilton's farm. Granja Paraiso 92 is a family farm that uses innovative techniques to produce exceptional award winning coffees. The farm grows exotic varieties and has its own processing plant, microbiology lab, and quality lab. This is one of two special releases, which is a double anaerobic thermal shock processed pink bourbon roasted for espresso. This coffee has a deep sweetness and explosive fruit aroma that makes for a truly unique experience as a straight espresso or with milk.
