Our latest release from Wilton Benitez of Granja Paraiso 92 in Cauca, Colombia! This coffee was specially chosen by our team following a recent visit to Wilton's farm. Granja Paraiso 92 is a family farm that uses innovative techniques to produce exceptional award winning coffees. The farm grows exotic varieties and has its own processing plant, microbiology lab, and quality lab. This is one of two special releases, which is a double anaerobic koji-fermented striped bourbon roasted for filter brewing. It's incredible how this coffee is both bursting with notes of tropical fruit and floral aromas and yet at the same time is extremely smooth and balanced (blink and your mug is empty before you know it!).
