This 70% dark chocolate uses cacao hand selected by Saigon-based Marou Faiseurs De Chocolat who work with family-owned cocoa farms across Vietnam. Tien Giang is a province on the northern branch of Vietnam’s Mekong Delta, a low-lying, tropical region with a vast network of rivers, rice paddies, and swamplands. The land is extremely fertile, and this chocolate is bursting with bright notes of red fruit and a pleasant tangy acidity.
