Gabriel is an agronomic engineer and for over 30 years has been growing coffee at the family farm, Fazenda Cachoeira da Grama, which was originally purchased by his great-grandmother in 1890. The farm sits in an optimal area for growing coffee, the Grass Valley (Vale da Grama) region in São Paulo state. Gabriel has won multiple international Cup of Excellence awards over the years and is also recognized for his work participating in environmental and social initiatives in the region.
