Ella Todos Santos is an organic coffee from the highlands of the San Martin Cuchumatanes in Huehuetenango, Guatemala. "Ella" means "She" in Spanish and refers to a collective of 276 women known as ‘Mujeres luchando por un mejor futuro’, or Women Fighting for a Better Future who have banded together to support each other with coffee cultivation and processing development in order to create a better future for themselves, their families, and their community.
