From fourth generation coffee farmers, Norman Ortez Balladarez and his family, comes this wonderfully sweet, rich, and smooth lot from their farm in San Fernando, Nueva Segovia. As a family business, they have built their operation around consistency and commitment, and this coffee is a testament to that dedication. Perfect for the cooler months, this washed processed coffee has a warm caramelized sweetness, hints of candied nuts, and pleasant vanilla aromas.

When we drink this coffee we think of...
burnt sugar, almond nougat, vanilla

Origin: San Fernando, Nueva Segovia
Variety: Catuai, Catimor, Anacafé 14
