Our coffee beans are freshly roasted in small batches every Friday and shipped the day after, which means they are never roasted more than 7 days before despatch. Customers who select "free pick up" option and order by Friday morning, will be able to collect their items the following Wednesday.

Jardines del Edén is a 20-hectare farm in Pijao, Quindío run by brothers Felipe and Carlos Arcila. The farm has become a hub for innovation with a wide range of rare varieties, such as Wush Wush, Sidra, and Striped Bourbon, as well as advanced processing techniques such as anaerobic fermentation, carbonic maceration, and extended drying. This washed Java is a beautiful example of how meticulous processes and rich terroir can create expressive floral aromas and a dangerously smooth cup.
